So if that's you,go check him out. And here is Evan. [MUSIC PLAYING] Hello, fellow video creators. My name is Evan Carmichael from the YouTube channel Modelling the Masters. And today, I'm going to share with you 10 creative ways to keep your YouTube channel full of fresh content. So what are the 10 strategies? Here we go. Number one is speak from the heart. You have to make videos that you are excited about. What do you laugh at? What do you hate? What are you upset by? What do you love? You have to create videos that you love making, that mean something to you. So speak from the heart. And the next time you're excited or upset about something, get your phone out, get your camera out, and make a video, because that's the stuff people are going to connect with. Number two is answer questions. When people send you an email or leave a comment with a question, instead of responding, create a video about it. I will respond to every body who asks a question with, I'll make a video response for you. And that gives me great content, because if they're asking that question, then lots of other potential viewers for you also have the same question. Number three, partner with fellow YouTubers. Just like I'm creating this video on Tim's channel, have other people who would be interested in reaching your audience create content for you so the burden isn't always on you to create the content yourself. It provides great exposure for them and great content for you. Number four is interview people. One of the reasons why I love Tim's channel is not just because of Tim's overall awesomeness but because he also interviews people, right? He's not saying, I know all the answers to everything on YouTube ever. He's an expert, but he's also not afraid to go and interview people to get their perspective. So go find people who could help provide some expertise to your audience and interview them as a segment of your channel. Number five is be in the moment. Not all your videos have to be super polished and professional. You can make a great video using just the camera from your phone. So the next time you're out on the street or you're playing sports or what ever it is and you come up with a great idea, say that's a great idea for a video, try this. Instead of waiting on it and going home and the next week recording it, takeout your phone and record some thing quick right now, because you're going to get that passion and that emotion coming out in the moment and that could be a great video that adds variety to your channel so it's not the same thing every single time. Number six, make it personal. If you want people subscribing to your channel, supporting you on Patreon, buying your info products, commenting on your videos, you need people to connect with you and not just showing great content. The more people connect to you, the more likely they're going to take what ever action you want them to. So 10% to 20% of your videos should be personal content. Show me how you'relearning how to dance. Show me how you'regrowing sprouts. Show me how you are learning how to create origami. Tell me about your morning routine. Whatever it is, share personal things about yourself so I can connect with you. Number seven is model success. There are people you lookup to and learn from. Share those storie son your channel. If you're learning from Timon this YouTube channel, then make a tribute video explaining what you've learned from him. People you look up to in media, entrepreneurship, business, whatever it is-- share what you're learning from them and how you're applying it to what you're doing on your channel so that others can model success along with you. Number eight, let them tag along. The next time you're launching something new for your channel, if you're creating anew Patreon campaign, you're launching a newsletter, you're launching a new ebook, let people tag along the journey and document every step along the way. It helps them get closer you and understand why you're doing certain projects. And it also helps you plug and promote whatever you're working on multiple times without it seeming like you're promoting it. Number nine, have weekly themes. On Sunday, I do Famous Failures. On Monday, I do One-Minute Mondays. On Tuesday, I do Technology Tuesday. On Thursday, I do Thankful Thursday. Every day of the week can have a different theme for your audience. It helps add definition for you to come up with the ideas of what to do every day. And it also trains your audience to expect a certain kind of video on a certain kind of day. As a bonus tip, make a play list for every day of the week. So if somebody really likes your One-Minute Mondays, they can go back to see a history of all your other One-Minute Mondays and further engage in your content. Number 10 is say thank you. You can't do this alone. There are people in your life and in your business who are supporting you, where the wright's friends, family, Patreon donors,YouTube subscribers, and regular commenters. Make a video to say thank you every now and then. It's great for you andmakes them feel great. And it's awesome for your audience as a great reminder for them and also as a way to connect with you and knowing the people who are helpful in your life. So make some thank-you videos. And believe. I just wanted to say a quick thank-you to Tim. Tim, the love you put in to your channel is really awesome. You really feel that with every video that you make. And the difference you'remaking in the YouTube community is really amazing. I'm honored to be a small part of that being here on your channel. Thanks, guys.
